Women in Wildfire was founded as a solution-oriented group focused on recruiting, retaining, and developing women in fire professions across Central Oregon. Together, we are building a community based on shared experiences and respected differences, addressing challenges, and celebrating progress.

Get involved!

Join us for fun social get-togethers every second Tuesday of the month at different local venues. These gatherings are a great opportunity to meet others interested in and currently working in fire and natural resources across Central Oregon. All are welcome and encouraged to attend!
